The AC thermostat works the same as the one in your home. However, DON’T turn the thermostat down so far that it freezes the AC. It will cool as fast as it can. If it freezes up, you will be out of an AC until it has time to thaw which could be up to 10 hours. If power is lost or AC is turned off…do not turn back on without a 2 minute rest period.

The RV may or may not have an electric hot water heater. If it does, you will need to locate the hot water heater switch on wall which will light hot water heater. It will take approx. 30 min for water to get hot enough for a shower. Please conserve propane and turn OFF the HOT WATER HEATER (switch on wall) when you do not plan on using it with in 30 min of a shower. If it does NOT have an electric hot water heater, you will need to light the pilot light located on the outside of the unit (most all units are electric).
-
DON’T tamper with electrical cords attached to the RV. Please make sure that any connections and cords are raised off the ground a minimum of 6” with a non-conductive device, such as a block of wood.
